1.4-1.6kg MARINATED WITH SALT, PEPPER, FRESH ROSEMARY AND GARLIC
Try pouring a bit of wine/stock (or both!) in a casserole dish and covering with foil for 2-3 hours on 170c fan forced. It goes beautifully with potatoes and salad or even as is in a bread roll!
